Shipping & Processing

At Freedom Lighting Supply, we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Larger, custom, made-to-order, or backordered items may require additional processing time.

Orders are shipped using UPS or USPS, depending on the order size and destination. Tracking information is provided for every shipment. Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Shipping Protection

Freedom Lighting Supply offers customers the option to purchase Shipping Protection during checkout. Shipping Protection is designed to provide additional protection for your order in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Orders With Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection is purchased with your order and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact Freedom Lighting Supply as soon as possible. Eligible claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Shipping Protection terms, and approved claims may qualify for a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Shipping Protection applies only to shipping-related loss, theft, or damage and does not replace or modify the Freedom Lighting Supply Limited Lifetime Warranty applicable to eligible products.

Orders Without Shipping Protection

If you choose to decline Shipping Protection at checkout, Freedom Lighting Supply will not be responsible for providing reimbursement or replacement for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By declining Shipping Protection, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping your order without additional protection. In the event of loss, theft, or transit damage, the customer will be responsible for pursuing any claim or reimbursement that may be available directly through the shipping carrier.

Freedom Lighting Supply will provide available tracking information and reasonable shipment documentation when necessary to assist with a carrier claim; however, declining Shipping Protection does not obligate Freedom Lighting Supply to replace or refund an order due to loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

Tracking & Delivery

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided for their shipment and ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

Once tracking indicates that an order has been delivered, customers should promptly retrieve their package. Freedom Lighting Supply is not responsible for packages that are stolen or otherwise go missing after confirmed delivery when Shipping Protection was not purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Freedom Lighting Supply, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we build. That’s why we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our lighting products, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

Lighting Products

All Freedom Lighting Supply lighting kits and lighting components are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

Control Boxes

All control boxes included with our products are covered under a three (3) year warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered product fails due to a verified defect in craftsmanship or manufacturing, Freedom Lighting Supply will repair or replace the product at our discretion at no cost to the customer.

Important Warranty Conditions

Wiring & Electrical Modifications

Any cutting, splicing, extending, or altering of wiring harnesses provided by Freedom Lighting Supply immediately voids all warranty coverage.

Original Purchaser Only

Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Improper Installation & Bracket Modification

Mounting brackets included with Freedom Lighting Supply products are designed to allow limited, one-time adjustment only to accommodate vehicle-specific fitment.

Excessive bending, repeated bending, forceful manipulation, or modification of mounting brackets—including attempts to bend brackets around brake calipers, rotors, or dust shields—constitutes improper installation and misuse.

Damage caused by:

  • Metal fatigue
  • Deformation
  • Cracking
  • Breakage

as a result of improper installation or excessive force is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.

Installer error, improper fitment, or failure to follow recommended installation practices voids warranty coverage for affected components.

Wheel Lights – Professional Installation Requirement

Freedom Lighting Supply wheel light products are not considered DIY-friendly due to the precision required for proper fitment and clearance.

Professional installation is required in order to qualify for warranty claims on wheel light products.

Failure to have the product installed by a qualified professional may result in denial of warranty coverage. Freedom Lighting Supply reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Road Use, Wear & Off-Road Damage (Wheel Lights)

Freedom Lighting Supply wheel light products are designed for normal on-road driving and show use.

They are not indestructible and are not intended to withstand excessive road abuse or off-road use.

Damage resulting from:

  • Road debris
  • Impacts or scraping
  • Improper clearance or rubbing
  • Off-road conditions (rocks, mud, gravel, water crossings, trail use)

is considered normal wear and tear or misuse and is not covered under warranty.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damage to silicone seals or protective housing
  • Water intrusion caused by compromised seals
  • LED failure due to physical damage or environmental exposure
  • Failure caused by vibration, impact, or road hazards

Once the seal or housing is compromised due to external factors, any resulting failure is not considered a manufacturing defect.

General Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Improper installation or installer error
  • Environmental damage outside intended use
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Labor costs, removal, reinstallation, or incidental expenses

Freedom Lighting Supply reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Warranty Claims & Support

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Proof of proper installation and clear photo/video documentation may be required.
