Shipping & Processing

At Freedom Lighting Supply, we work hard to get your order out fast. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that larger or custom orders may require additional processing time.

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the order size and destination. Every shipment includes tracking, and as soon as your label is created, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Freedom Lighting Supply, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we build. That’s why we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our lighting products.

• Lighting Products: All Freedom Lighting Supply lighting kits and lighting components are covered under a lifetime warranty for as long as you own them.

• Control Boxes: All control boxes included with our products are covered under a three (3) year warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

⚠️ Important Warranty Conditions:

• Any cutting, splicing, or altering of the wiring harnesses provided by Freedom Lighting Supply will immediately void all warranty protection.

• Warranty coverage is only available to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
